Job purpose:

The projects coordinator has a critical eye in order to target potential improvements, he knows how to set up a project team that he will coordinate in order to define a model, test it and implement it. He manages various missions between factories, customer services and global organization in order to establish or optimize processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Definition of the model: Collect, analyze information relating to the project, the industrial and logístical environment. Force of proposal to define a solution.
Preparation of the prototype in order to test it and see the risks and limits.
Test management: coordination role between teams.
Preparation for implementation: finalization of instructions, communication, training.
Management and monitoring of the implementation: support, performance report, detection of malfunctions, corrective actions...

Qualifications:

Experience within a supply chain role or related customer services role
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with a range of technically and culturally diverse people
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret problems/data gathered from a variety of sources
Well developed commercial awareness, including an understanding of the connection between cost and business profitability & how supply chain decisions/issues influence that profitability
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate projects
Knowing how to carry out multiple project simultaneously and manage priorities
Must be autonomous, rigorous and organized
Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude
