Senior Analyst, Natural Gas Liquids
The Location:
Poland/ UK/ France/ Spain/ or other Europe country
The Team:
As a member of the global Midstream NGL team the individual's focus will be on completing research and analyses in support of the subscription products/services.
The individual will work closely with Midstream NGL team members to gain knowledge of the NGL markets and business, specifically in Europe, CIS, and Africa.
As a team member the individual will be required to contribute towards the goals and objectives of the Midstream NGL team and the Fuels, Chemicals and Resource Solutions team.
The Impact:
As a team member the individual will be required to contribute towards the goals and objectives of the Midstream NGL team and the Oil Markets, Midstream and Downstream (OMD) Insights business.

Responsibilities:
Support Europe, CIS and Africa NGL research and analysis efforts for client deliverables
Maintain, build, and update short and long term NGL supply and demand forecasting models, and create Excel and PowerPoint deliverables
Organize and maintain research material in Excel, PowerPoint, and in-house databases to be used by the team for internal and external deliverables
Collaborate with NGL team members and other teams for ongoing research work and develop a good understanding of selected markets and industries
Research company websites, industry publications, government data, and other resources for countries across Europe, CIS, and Africa for model updates or to develop new midstream related asset analyses
Respond to client research-related questions of varying complexity by providing timely, well-thought out, and collaborative market views and insights and ensuring that client deliverables are of the highest quality and completed according to schedule
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics or finance preferred
At least 5 years of experience in the energy, financial or related industries
Language(s) - Fluent in English and in another major European language such as French or Spanish (at least C1 level); additional languages are a plus
Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail, including relevant language skills, as appropriate
Organization and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all coworkers and can work independently
Ability to think through questions and/or problems and independently provide solutions
Knowledgeable in R, PowerBI, and/or Python is a plus, but not required
Grade/Level ( relevant for internal applicants only ): 10
