About the Growth Team & Role


It's a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary Growth team that has the mission to increase revenue and accelerate Pigment's Go-To-Market, with innovative strategies.

We have built out our own event-based outbound engine, monitoring thousands of companies to detect their buying intent.

With this strategy, one of our biggest current projects is to automate a part of Pigment's lead generation efforts, by automatically creating scalable and highly personalized outreach campaigns.

Example signals include visiting Pigment's website, publishing a new job post seeking a new Financial Analyst, researching the best financial planning tools on software marketplaces like G2.

As part of this mission, we're looking for a Growth Outbound Manager with a strong Outbound mindset to design, implement, and execute creative and ambitious lead generation strategies in collaboration with our Growth Engineers.

Our Mission:


  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns based on specific criteria:
  • Intent signals/Insights (job posts, fundraising announcements, new senior leadership...)
  • Verticals (Scaleups, Retail, Ecommerce, CPG...)
  • Geographies (US and EMEA)
  • Accountable for performance metrics and team achievements on pipeline generated
  • Build out new intent signals based on companies' behaviour/data you've identified, helping us and the Sales team target the ones with specific needs our products can meet
  • As a Growth Outbound Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage an intern and potentially a larger team over the midterm based on performance and success

What we are looking for:


  • You're experienced and comfortable with designing, implementing, and executing outbound strategies.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and decisionmaking capabilities, in addition to collaborative skills with technical profiles.
  • Strong business acumen, creativity, and an interest in leveraging data and the latest tech trends to solve Go-ToMarket problems.
  • Proven track record in driving growth outbound or sales/business development.
  • A Doer personality with attention to detail
  • A metricsdriven mindset, with critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in marketing/automation tools, CRM systems, and basic coding skills (you know how to use APIs)
