About this role


Kyriba is looking to hire an HRIS Specialist who will play an integral role in advising, maintaining and optimizing our HR systems, primarily Workday.


As a member of the People function you will have a strong customer orientation, you will meet with global internal stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and gaps; and provide suggestions, analytics, and/or solutions while considering impacts across all HR functioning areas.


You will work closely with our Global HR team located across Europe, APAC, and the US, to meet annual goals and prioritize projects.


As a HRIS Specialist your primary responsibilities include- Collaborate effectively with teams such as Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Internal Communication, Enterprise IT, Talent Acquisitions, Finance, and others to identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet functional requirements.- Evaluate potential HR software by carrying out opportunity studies and business cases.

- Partner with branch Human Resources teams to:

  • Support their goals and identify process improvements.-
  • Evaluate and enhance current processes and methods.-
  • Communicate and train local HR teams on process and procedure enhancements.-
  • Participate in the implementation of new HRIS systems and software integrations.
  • Provide insight and recommendations on best practices for configuration of HCM system (Workday) and new HR tools and systems to meet identified business requirements.
  • Take lead to implement new procedures/projects and improvements due to business changes, operational requirements, strategic initiatives, and legal requirements.
  • Ongoing HR System Administration
  • Configure and maintain business processes and notifications where needed,-
  • Administer HR security controls to ensure appropriate access to users and monitor controls for data security,-
  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends and assist with decision making,-
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy in HR systems,-
  • Research and test configurations of new functionalities and modules to recommend improvements and innovation solutions while understanding the impact on current processes,-
  • Populate Workday Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) templates for mass data load events,-
  • Assist HR and department managers on how to use Workday and respond to questions and concerns.-
  • Assist and trains users as needed, to enable them to utilize HR systems effectively.
Education, Experience and Skills- 3+ years' experience in an analyst role.

Human resources (HR) analytics preferred.- 3+ years' experience with human capital management (HCM) systems, preferably with Workday.- Bachelor's degree minimum, master preferred.- Fluent in English- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.- Prior experience of proactively using the Workday Community to remain informed on upcoming releases and research to resolve issues.- Self-motivated with a demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management.- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.- Broad functional experience across multiple modules in Workday, such as HCM, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, Benefits, & Advanced Compensation with interest to learn additional modules.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience dealing with employees, business partners, and cross functional team members.
