Position Overview
Paris College of Art is committed to helping students from all over the world find academic and personal success.

All positions in the Admissions office share the responsibility for creating a campus community that values diversity, inclusion and the uniqueness of others by modeling integrity, care, compassion and respect during interactions.


General Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and carry out recruitment strategy to increase student enrollment in all programs:
  • Represent PCA at recruitment events, both inperson and online
- seek out, develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors and educational agencies to expand international recruitment network

  • Accompany prospective students from inquiry to deposit stage to ensure maximum enrollment:
  • conduct school tours
- lead information sessions
- review portfolios

  • Assist in the organization and implementation oncampus events.

Oversee inbound and outbound study abroad programs:

  • maintain existing exchange program, study abroad, and educational agency collaborations
- coordinate with study abroad advisors at partner schools
- run info sessions,
- advise students about courses and programs at partner universities.


Requested qualifications:


  • Eligible to work in France (EU Nationality, Visa or Work authorization)
  • Masters degree preferred; Bachelor's degree essential
  • Education and/or practical experience in art & design.
  • An interest in working on a team to promote Paris College of Art.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French preferred.
  • Knowledge of the American educational system.
  • Solid computer skills including experience with Word and Excel and database systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
This position reports to the Executive Director of Admissions and Communications.
