    Job Description

    We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant experience, who is fluent in French AND English.

    Your main responsibilities:

  • contribute to the operation of IT infrastructure and administrative applications
  • acting as a point of contact and first line support to assist users (both physically and remotely) for their day-to-day issues in relation to the IT infrastructure and administrative applications, incidents and software installations.
  • tracking, coordinating and following-up incident and problem resolution with the IT service providers in accordance with the agreed service levels for the infrastructure.
  • defining new and improving existing processes for IT support
  • drafting and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals for infrastructure and applications.
  • Qualifications

    Technical Requirements:

  • strongly experienced in deploying, administering, and managing Microsoft Azure/Office 365 stack (Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, Teams and Teams Room System) on users' devices, accounts and profiles
  • experienced in configuration and troubleshooting of end user devices (laptops, tablets, etc.)
  • acquainted with next-gen networking solutions (Meraki)
  • knowledge about patch management solutions in cloud environments
  • familiar with Zero Trust approach
  • very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
