    Job Description

    The Multi-Property Revenue Manager is responsible for planning, organising and directing all activities of revenue management in all market segments, for minimum of 3 hotels.

    Responsible for an accurate budgets and forecasts, trend analysis and sales strategies, so that product availability and price are maximised at all times, exceeding their RGI, Budgeted Revenues, including ADR, REVPAR & TREVPAR.

    To manage inventory through proper management of CRS, Internet point of sale, PMS and all other distribution channels

    Facilitate and lead daily revenue reports, weekly yield and monthly revenue meetings with measurable outputs

    React to any shortfalls against budget and co-ordinate the implementation of tactical offers, through effective management of Accor offers, OTA & CTO partnerships and relationships.

    Co-ordination of Accor tactical promotions and offers

    To support and monitor the reservations (meeting & events and groups) department

    To optimise the use and proper management of TARS and contribute to the development and maintenance of Revenue Management Systems

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 2 years in similar role

    Additional Information

    Ideally based in Birmingham Office, alternatively any of the 6 properties would be a suitable office base.

    Flexibility to travel is essential as the Multi-Property Revenue Manager will be required to visit, attend commercial meetings, owners meetings as required.
