Are you willing to take the challenge to combine our physical customer visits on site at the Hager Forum in Obernai/Alsace, with digital interactions to create completely new, memorable customer experiences? Would you like to play a key role in shaping our digital transformation by connecting our visitors to our customer experience center, the Hager Forum? Do you understand how to develop digital channels (website / social media) in such a way that the added value for customers, applicants and other target groups increases?


We are currently looking for our future
Senior Manager Customer & Digital Experience (H/F) based in
Obernai (Alsace), Frankfurt, Karlsruhe or Obernai for a permanent contract.


Group Communications supports the sales organizations (Market Areas) in creating customer experiences that increase loyalty and understanding of the Hager Group and its master brands (Hager, Berker, Elcom, E3DC).

The central physical location for this is our customer experience center, the Hager Forum, in Obernai (France). A large number of customer visits take place there every year.

As important as the visit at our largest production site is for our customers and other stakeholders, the more important it is to understand this moment not as an isolated event, but only as part of the customer's journey with Hager Group.


As this journey is increasingly becoming a digital experience Group Communications will support the enrichment of the physical visit on site with digital interactions before and after the visit to create completely new customer experiences.


Missions

  • Strategic leadership and management of the Digital Communications and the Customer Experience Teams
  • Create concepts to develop a new customer journey based on combining physical and digital experience
  • Collaborate with customer hosting managers at other key sites (in particular Blieskastel, Germany and Obernai, France)
  • Evolve the physical exhibition in the Hager Forum (Obernai) and further develop our plant tours as well as rebuild the digital content used in this context
  • Support group as well as other internal events while constantly improving processes to become more efficient

Profile

  • Relevant academic background and at least 10 years of relevant work experience (agency and/or enterprise) in marketing, ecommerce, communications or similar.
  • High level of strategic competence and a strong desire to shape one's area of responsibility
  • Marketing personality that understands both the market environment in which we operate and our strengths visàvis the competition (USPs),
  • Strong digital skills (web, social media)
  • Data driven mindset, i.e. willingness to make one's own success visible through wellconceived KPIs.
  • Good networker with the ability to orient people towards one common goal
  • Curious and courageous personality which identifies trends ahead of others
