Le/la Conseiller(e) de vente est l'ambassadrice/ambassadeur de la marque et veille à offrir à chaque client une expérience unique et transmet nos valeurs, notre héritage, nos ambitions ainsi que notre créativité.
Ambassadeur Camille Fournet
- Vous représentez et transmettez les valeurs de la Maison aux clients,
- Vous êtes capable de recruter et fidéliser une nouvelle clientèle nationale et internationale,
- Vous constituez en toute autonomie votre fichier client et en assurez le suivi,
- Vous mettez en valeur le travail de nos artisans.
Expérience client
- Vous assurez le bien-être du client en leur proposant une expérience mémorable,
- Vous conseillez le client sur la Marque et les produits : bracelet de montre, maroquinerie, gants,...
Vendeur polycompétent
- Vous êtes garant auprès du Retail Manager, des reporting hebdomadaires,
- Vous travaillez en équipe avec l'ensemble de la boutique pour développer le CA,
- Vous vous investissez auprès de clients pour développer des relations sur le long terme, en exploitant tous les outils pertinents afin de développer la fidélité à la Marque,
- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur CRM privilégié des équipes du siège.
Vie du point de vente
- Vous participez aux inventaires, vous aidez aux changements de merchandising, vous participez au rangement du stock et veillez à la bonne tenue de la boutique.
Profil souhaité
LE PROFIL SOUHAITE
Votre empathie et votre sens de l'écoute vous permettent de proposer un service d'excellence, de développer une connaissance approfondie de vos clients et d'identifier leurs besoins. Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine de la Maroquinerie et/ou Bracelet de montre.
Vous maitrisez parfaitement l'anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
