    In the ATR Engineering department within the Technical Data Maintenance Parts team, you will take part in the completeness of the MIPD (Maintenance Illustrated Parts Data) product.

    As such, you will ensure the correct completeness of the MIPD product for Aircraft in operation and delivered before the SAP IPD tool Entry into Service .

    The goal is to compare the list of Parts Numbers equipment existing in the MIPD with the list of Parts Numbers equipment installed for a given aircraft.

    You will work closely with the Maintenance Parts Referent who will help you every step of the way. Your workstation will be located closed to him.

    A general overview of the ATRs and the Technical Maintenance Documentation will be provided to you, with a focus on the spare parts catalog (MIPD) on which you will work.

    Working within the Maintenance Parts team, your task will be to:


    • Be force of proposition to build a follow-up for the Aircrafts to be checked (in operation and delivered before the SAP IPD tool Entry into Service). The Maintenance Parts Referent will support you to retrieve the list of Aircrafts.


    • Organize a kick-off meeting with all the stakeholders in ATR and S/C focal point, to present the project, the organization, the time duration, and any additional details. Propose a planning with bi-weekly progress meetings. Create a MoM available on the dedicated Sharepoint (SPOT).


    • For each aircraft, do the completeness check:

  • Ask the MIPD Raw Data Excel file for aircraft to be checked, by e-mail to the relevant colleague.
  • Retrieve the Aircraft Inspection Report Excel file or, if not available, the Equipment PN list per MSN (ECDB extract with the EBAM tool).
  • Launch automatic MIPD completeness check,
  • Analyze the Excel files reports for Part Number (P/N) discrepancies detected,
  • Ask the validation to the Maintenance Parts Referent,
  • Launch the MIPD update to the authoring team through our ATR internal tool RFX.

  • • Monitor the Subcontractor Work Orders progress and ensure there will be no late in respect of the Scheduled Delivery Date. Alert the MIPD manager and Head of MIPD dept. in case of risk of delay.


    • Coordinate with the MIPD ATR manager any blocking point, i.e. Request For Source, to be asked to Design Office specialists.


    • Create KPI and reporting.


    • Drive the bi-weekly progress meetings and create MoMs available on the dedicated Sharepoint (SPOT)


    • Additionally, provide feedback regarding the automatic MIPD completeness checker, in order to improve it.

    This internship is designed for you

    You will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills:


    • Technician degree level specialized in maintenance or aeronautical or mechanical or electronic


    • Knowledge in Technical Documentation, especially MIPD (Maintenance Illustrated Parts Data) and SB (Service Bulletin) would be a plus


    • Independent nature

    • Microsoft office pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Collaborative tool (MS Teams).


    • French: intermediate level
