Job description

  • Lead CRM / Loyalty Program for Gucci Beauty
Lead the creation (earn/burn framework), development, and implementation of the first ever loyalty program for Gucci Beauty, working hand in hand with a dedicated agency, the licence team, the brand digital team and the central digital team
Define the KPIs and monitor the performance of our CRM / Loyalty programs. Drive action plans to continuously improve our capabilities and productivity
Lead CRM activity plans co-creation with markets and align with anticipation with the licence team
Monitor competitive CRM activities to feed our program with the latest innovations
Create and enable the system and processes for the Gucci Beauty multifunctional team to deliver the necessary assets to feed the CRM / Loyalty Program tools, while partnering with CDO to leverage the corporate tools and external stakeholders
Brief the brand digital team on the assets needed to run the program
In collaboration with the global team, implement the clientelling app for key markets, to enable data collection & one-to-one communications with the Gucci Beauty BC's
Negotiate and enable the expansion of the CRM and Loyalty programs in the relevant markets while making sure, before, that markets are ready to execute with excellence

  • Enable productivity boost in every door
Define KPIs of productivity and lead monthly analysis of our productivity for our free standing boutiques and key door (offline and online)
Drive action plan identifying our key gaps versus competition and plans to reach +35% productivity by door by 2025
Drive the implementation of key productivity tools (CRM registration tools, personalization tools, services menu, etc) in top doors globally
Identify and quantify most potential business development white spaces for the brand in the markets to conquer

  • Lead data and analytics
Lead internal and external (license) global reports
Lead the automation and visualization of the available consumer & retailer data enabling to drive clear action plans on a monthly basis and to equip the multifunctional team with clear insights for better business decisions
Lead a stream to continuously build consumer knowledge on shopper's behaviors offline and online, leading to consumer-centric insights and recommendations for the multi-functional teams
Experience required
5 years of experience minimum in global business development
Has already led or contributed directly to a global CRM/Loyalty program & clientelling implementation.
Has already experience and demonstrated the soft skills to influence and impact in the context of a global team with many stakeholders

Has ideally had an experience with markets (especially China) / local teams to understand the specificities and needs of such stakeholders.

Proficient with data and tools related - from the creation of dashboard with clear data visualisation to demonstrated analytical skills leading to action
Has demonstrated strategic thinking, ability to turn insights into action, to influence its eco-system and drive complex projects to completion in previous roles
Fluent in English with excellent business writing skills are a must. Other languages are a plus.
