Role:
On Location Paris is searching for an Payroll Specialist coordinator, to be based at our office in Paris. Paris offices oversees mainly all Hospitalities for the Olympic & Paralympic Games in Paris 2024.

Your role will be our go to person for all the staff administration (new comers, benefit, ), and be our payroll specialist for all local labor administration.

You'll be reporting to our Global Payroll Head and dotted lined to our HR Manager based in France.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage (collect, insert, check) all payroll information (wages, benefits, deductions, variables, commissions, etc.) monthly into payroll and administrative databases and software programs: Workday, Pegase, for all types of employment contracts.
  • Manager relationship with our payroll company (Activepayroll),
  • Manage benefits: medical checks, meal vouchers, healthcare etc.
  • Manage newcomers on admirative (DPAE, ), benefits and payroll issues.
  • Manage all employee questions related to payroll, benefits, absences, vacations, and sickness management including monitoring overtime and leave, resolving concerns.
  • Manage documentation (prepare verify, distribute): pays lips, etc.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, as well as assist audits.

  • Work closely with accounting team on payroll reports for accounting and auditing purposes
  • Manage a friendly and clear communication and collaboration with employees and managers when explaining payroll items.
  • Be the expert on our Collective Agreements and policies.
Qualifications / Requirements / Experience

  • 3 years minimum experience as Payroll Specialist (or equivalent) mandatory, preferably with a background in matrixial international organizations. Experience in Sports, Entertainment or Hospitality business are a plus.
  • Experience working with accounting and payroll software such as Workday, Pegasus/SILAE.
  • Excellent level of excel.
  • Fluent French and good professional level English mandatory, written & spoken a key element of this role is partnering with the US and EU.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, proactive and able to prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented.
