Work you'll do:

Support the Quality team to deliver on KPI's as agreed with Senior Management
Take active part in maintaining quality standards
Assist in carrying out Quality and documentation checks of project folders. (Internal

- audits)

Review of survey materials to ensure compliance with procedures, industry code of

- conduct (ESOMAR/ EphMRA/BHBIA) and quality standards.

Interact with project teams on a daily basis and assess project requirements.
Help filling in and saving quality events forms in accordance with Cerner Enviza procedures.
Assist with administrative tasks (meeting reports, DocuSign management, communications and mail management, platform access)
Create and maintain dashboards.
Maintain associates database.
Enter trainings in database and categorize with correct labels.
Collaborate with Quality Manager in organizing quality trainings with internal and external

- stakeholders.

Maintain standard procedures for ongoing activities in Quality.
Contribute as necessary with ISO 20252 audits as well as internal and external audits (Client,PV, vendors)
Other tasks according to the needs of the service

What you'll bring

Qualifications from an undergraduate degree in administration, clinical research, pharmacy or any relevant qualification.
Previous experience in healthcare market research and quality desirable
Fluency in English
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Rigorous
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize.
Interested in developing expertise.
Excellent IT skills (Pack Office)
Proactivity with a cando attitude.
Ability to follow rules and procedures.
