Location:
South West France (Landes/Pays Basque) or Near London, UK. T
he role is partly remote with required in-person interactions.
Possibility for full remote but not preferred.


Type of Employment:

External freelance with a minimum of 3 full days per week, with additional days as necessary to meet objectives and project demands + availability for any emergency (rare).

Job Overview:

Davedave Digital, a dynamic and expanding digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen expertise in SEM, SEO and SEA.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the company partners, contributing to various projects and driving results for our diverse clientele across the UK and France.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management in SEO, Ads
• Build proposals, decks and strategies for these domains of expertise for possible clients or other agencies we work with
• Develop, implement and manage effective PPC/SMO campaigns to increase client visibility and lead generation.
• Optimize SEA global strategies to enhance search engine rankings (Google + Meta ads + LinkedIn Ads)
• Conduct SEO audits and implement SEO strategies to boost organic search results.
• Copywriting on specific topics without ChatGPT and with a clear understanding of the best practices for SEO (Example: Finance tools and tips, Sales Automation and sales tips).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using industry tools (Analytics, ahrefs, Console, etcto report on SEO efforts and Ads effects
• Search, check and choose Backlinks of all types
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client's website conversions and overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Amazing Customer Relationships skills
• Good communication skills with a team (for transparency, being able to share needs and ask for help when needed, or be clear on project management steps)
• Proficiency in SEM, specifically in SEO with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Fluent in English and French; Portuguese is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with a strong aptitude for learning, creativity, and strategic thinking in digital marketing.
• Curious mind: we don't need someone that knows it all already but if you don't, we expect you to be able to work on building your knowledge and confidence (and consider that as personal growth time of course, not working hours).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills, with the capability to work partly remotely and meet facetoface as required.

Recruitment Process:

• Questionnaire: A short set of questions aimed at uncovering your creative and strategic thinking in digital marketing will be required before the first meeting.
• Case Study: Applicants will be given a case study to demonstrate their analytical and strategic approach to a typical PPC, SEM, or SEO scenario.
