    French Customer Service Representative (Remote in Portugal during the Summertime)

    We're looking for empathetic, detail‑oriented, and proactive individuals fluent in French and English to help us create positive online experiences for millions. This is your chance to make a global impact while enjoying the freedom to work from anywhere especially the islands, cafés in Lisbon, or wherever inspires you.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to Facebook users.
    • Monitor and resolve abuse reports, help users with account issues, and improve platform experience.
    • Stay up to date on community standards and advocate for users best interests.
    • Spot trends, escalate complex issues, and contribute to global support improvements.

    What We're Looking For

    • Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.
    • Strong sense of empathy and a passion for community well‑being.
    • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for trends and solutions.
    • Familiarity with Facebook (training provided).
    • Base Salary: 1050 gross/month x 14 per year + free accommodation OR Base Salary: 1250 gross/month x 14 per year + without accommodation
    • Remote-first culture with freedom to work from Portugal.
