    OpenClassrooms is looking for an IT Technician apprentice to join one of our business partners, to undertake a state-recognized training program.
    Please note: This offer is exclusively for candidates pursuing apprenticeships with OpenClassrooms or considering enrolling with us for their apprenticeship. Only applications meeting these criteria will be considered.

    Your responsibilities as an IT Technician apprentice

    • Receive and assess user requests regarding hardware or software incidents through the ticketing tool
    • Conduct diagnostics and provide clients with appropriate technical solutions and recommendations
    • Track ticket processing until resolution, updating them in the dedicated system
    • Regularly update users on the progress of their requests
    • In more complex cases, escalate incidents or requests requiring internal expertise
    • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments set with clients (processing time, resolution, reporting...)

    Position based in Balma (Occitanie). Hybrid work model.

    At the company

    • Monday to Friday
    • 8-hour workdays
    • Weekends off
    • Daytime shifts

    At the company: 4 days a week (choice of days) with reduced presence to 3 days 1 to 2 times per month.
    During training: 1 day per week + 1 additional day 1 to 2 times per month.
