About the position
Adagio is searching for a new Customer Success Manager to strengthen the CSM team in a high-growth context.

The client success team plays a crucial role as it is responsible for customer satisfaction.

At Adagio, the key to customer satisfaction is to be:


RESPONSIVE:
Nobody likes to wait, especially without knowing for how long.

Therefore, it is essential to respond as quickly as possible to a customer, even if it's just to acknowledge their request, communicate that we're working on it, and specify when we will get back to them.


TRUSTABLE:
In an industry where there's a lot of uncertainty, gaining trust is challenging and losing it is easy. The advice provided should always be customer-centric and presented objectively.


WORKABLE:
A good customer service must offer simple and operational solutions.


KNOWLEDGEABLE:

When reaching out to customer service, clients expect to interact with experts who not only address their inquiries but also take the time to provide explanations and transfer knowledge rather than withholding information.

Keeping up with technological and market developments and continuous learning is crucial for maintaining the highest level of expertise possible.


Your responsibilities include:


Client Management:

  • Provide technical support for Prebid module integration.
  • Engage regularly with publishers on data and new features.
  • Manage your own clients portfolio.
  • Take ownership of client satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.

Optimization and Performance:

  • Monitor site approval processes with various partners.
  • Offer and implement optimizations based on data insights.
  • Collaboration and Product Enhancement:

Implement company business goals:

  • Facilitate new product approaches and adoption.
  • Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Introduce clients to new products and guide adoption.

Troubleshooting and Platform Expertise:

  • Ensure fast and efficient troubleshooting.
  • Understand and promote optimum use of Adagio's platform.
  • Prioritize quick troubleshooting for uninterrupted service.
  • Develop deep understanding and encourage optimal use of Adagio's platform.
This role can be fully remote or based in Montpellier or in Paris, France.


About you:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • With a cheerful and empathetic nature, you are comfortable identifying needs and suggesting additional sales.
  • Organized, autonomous, and not afraid to follow up with clients.
  • Comfortable with numbers and quick to grasp numerous concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of programmatic advertising: open auction, deals, display, outstream, native, ad server, DSP, header bidding.
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics: ad calls, bid rate, win rate, CPM, vCPM.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies: HTML, Javascript, browser console.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Thrives in a techinfused environment, passionate about innovative solutions.
  • Interest in Adtech: Eagerly delves into the captivating world of Adtech, effortlessly incorporating industry terms into daily lexicon.
