Overall Missions:

As the EMEA Fashion Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and overseeing fashion-related projects


Your responsibilities include:
Leading the project to determine the categories and brands for the DFG asset during layout sessions;
Representing merchandising and marketing in project committees;
Leading and analyzing the buyer's offers in the development of the final brands lineup;
Coordinating fashion buying and procurement teams during projects and competitive advantage positioning in marketing;
Active participation in internal committees, decision-making processes, and reporting alongside the Head of Marketing
Fashion to serve the Commercial Development Travel (CDT), countries, and brands effectively;
Consolidating project pipelines and providing bimonthly / monthly reports.

You will also be responsible for defining the strategic and financial aspects of multi-brand concepts, as well as the resources necessary to achieve sales and profitability targets


Your duties include:
Contributing to the definition and creation of brand and category offer strategies for multi-brand concepts while setting sales and profitability targets for each brand/shop;
Coordinating with buyers in constructing offers for existing assets;
Collaborating with the marketing department to define retail concepts, including category and brand layout, concept definition, and marketing action plans to boost sales and improve sell-through;
Implementing category management strategies to enhance brand and concept performance;
Leading and coordinating the execution process to achieve or exceed target business results.


Responsibilities:

As the EMEA Fashion Projects Planner/Manager, your specific responsibilities include:
Supporting and coordinating brand/category adjacency plans based on traffic and passenger profile, ensuring brand integrity in the designated areas;
Continuously validating space productivity through trend analysis for each brand and category;
Structuring and updating ad hoc reports to analyze profitability per square meter for brands/categories in multi-brand stores and network stores;
Providing input and implementing revenue re-forecasts for estimates;
Developing monthly reports and creating action plans to improve business results;
Assisting, co-representing, and coordinating action plans for the fashion department during cooperative projects (Copros) and internal presentations.


Knowledge and Skills:

Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School;
5-7 years of relevant experience;
Strong project management skills and business acumen, including performance reporting and interpretation, budget management;
Strong leadership skills;
Proficiency in merchandising, with the ability to create adjacency plans that align with financial goals and location profiles;
In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry;
Previous experience in travel retail or department stores;
Must be fluent /native speaker in English and French, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
