Snef Power Services born from the fusion of SNEF's Nuclear activities with APS' (ex Alstom) branch of activity specializing in electrical auxiliaries, taken over from General Electric, SNEF Power Services specializes in Electrical trades, Instrumentation, and Safety for the Nuclear Industry.

You will integrate the TB21 project management team, and will participate in the following tasks:

  • Providing high-level operational support on a high-stake contract
  • Structuring the Contract Management scope by delivering guidelines and best practices
throughout the execution of the project


Scope of responsibilities:

  • Participate in the deployment of contractual management tools
  • Analyze variances, inefficiencies (delays) and ineffectiveness and causal link analysis,
  • Monitor, control and ensure compliance with the contractual obligations of the Company
and the Co-contractor,

  • Ensure the monitoring of the various contractual issues that will be identified,
  • Analyze the processing of incoming and outgoing claims, requests for additional works,
  • Following up the CMA letters, deviation notices or engineer's instruction or any
communication from or to the CMA

  • Writing of letters, impact assessment report for the CMA
  • Review of letters, contract instructions, or any communication from or to the Employer

Your profil:

Gratuated Master's degree you have:

  • Min 05 years' experience working in large industrial / construction CapEx projects and/or
infrastructure projects in an operational and management function covering project

management / project purchasing & contracting / projects controls (time-risk-cost) / large

commercial contracts drafting and negotiation (buy & sell sides).

  • Knowledge of/experience with international construction contracts (FIDIC & EPC)
  • Strong analytical capacity of problematic situation in a complex environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders by listening and proposing solutions
and improvement scenario

  • Oral and writing skills in english (fluent) and French
- "Client-oriented" with the capacity to Develop and deploy a resolution methodology
