Accountable for:


  • Provide technical support to Electric Road System (ERS) Solution Manager and ERS R&D programs
  • Provide technical support to industrialization of the Inhouse ERS products
  • Foster innovation in coordination with Solution Manager
  • Interface management with project partners

Responsible for:


  • Management and followup of Engineering schedule
  • Management and followup of product delivery schedule
  • Management and followup of installation schedule
  • Followup of the project R&D budget
  • Control of resources appropriate assignment
  • Regular reporting to Infrastructure platform and Infrastructure & Telecom R&D and Competitiveness Director
  • Management of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Support Infra tendering team in tender/costing preparation
  • Support Infra Competitiveness Director, contribute to prequalification and pretendering process
  • Provide construction expertise through maintained competitive methods
  • Preparation and management of commissioning and site acceptance tests
  • Provide Testing & Commissioning expertise through maintained competitive methods

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Graduate from engineering school
  • Railway infrastructure installation and Project Management experiences
  • Experienced in Electric Road System and groundlevel feeding systems (3 years minimum)
  • Good administration skills (management of subcontractors, equipment hiring, installation budget control, etc.)
  • Initiative and action driven personality, selfsufficient, directive and rigorous mindset
  • Competent in all standard company's project management tools (R&D Tool, PMS, Microsoft Project, SPR, MPR)
  • Fluent in English (and the local language)
  • Good Communication skills
