- Produces and analyzes HR indicators for Tractebel France
- Conducts prospective studies related to compensation
- Is responsible for deploying the 'compensation' module in the HR tool and collaborates with ENGIE Group employees (Sezame)
- Supports the HRD and HR Managers in monitoring the payroll
- Prepares campaigns related to annual raises, profit-sharing, and employee share ownership
- Participates in the deployment of the C&B policy
- Serves as a liaison for the C&B Directorate of ENGIE Group
- Works closely with the finance department of Tractebel and the payroll teams

Position based in Marseille
Reporting to the HR Director of Tractebel France, the compensation & benefits analyst fulfills the following missions:
Profile:
Hold a Master's degree in HR or management
Main skills: compensation, excellent command of monitoring tools
Software proficiency: Excel (mandatory), PowerBI (mandatory)
Sector experience: familiarity with the HR culture of ENGIE Group would be a plus
Language / Level: English - professional proficiency
