EMEA Rx Supply Chain plays a key role to support the growth and profitability's ambition of our multi-channels business.

As such, we need to deliver a wide range of products & services with an outstanding performance in terms of service level while minimizing our global cost to serve.

On top, we need to embrace the company transformation, lead evolutions of our supply chain and deliver the strategic projects engaged (Full Equipment model, Rx & Distribution footprint rationalization, Grand Vision Integration, perimeter extension with META-Russia,)


In that exciting & challenging context, we recruit a Head of Demand Planning, reporting directly to the EMEA Rx SC VP.


You lead the EMEA Lens S&OP process with Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations from countries demand review to consensus at executive level.

You are responsible for the sales & replenishment forecasting process and the demand consolidation supporting group capacity and planning processes.

Seeking for the continuous improvement of the demand accuracy, you play a key role in reaching excellence in the service delivered to our customers while supporting inventory optimization.

You manage a team of 7 collaborators in Creteil (Demand planners + 1 S&OP process coordinator).

With them and in strong collaboration with local supply chain teams in EMEA countries, you will lead:


Collaborative Demand planning process:


You are responsible for the collaborative demand planning process with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations at country level to better anticipate and manage the new offer introduction and old products cannibalization, the promotional actions, the KA deals, and the demand profile changes.

You manage the drumbeat of the monthly process and animate the network of Country Planning Coordinators. You compute and provide statistical baseline, discuss and integrate business events, validate volumes scenario

You manage the demand consolidation on all buckets of horizon (Monthly Operational, Budget, Mid Term Plan), support the decision-making considering risks and opportunities and align with EMEA Leadership Team on the consensus.

You track any deviation between the forecast and the budget
You support the definition of the sourcing for the Rx and E&M demand with the EMEA OP&F team to support the Lab capacity management process
You manage the Distribution keys and release the replenishment forecast at SKU's level (FSV/SF) as an input to the group mass production planning
You seek continuously for the Sales and Replenishment forecast accuracy improvement and drive the process maturity improvement with countries.
You manage the reporting of volumes on a weekly/monthly basis and analyze performance vs. ambition

You present the monthly demand synthesis to WW Supply chain teams and are responsible for the EMEA lens S&OP process.

You coordinate all EMEA SC steering functions (NPI, Key Accounts, Supply,.) in the definition of the demand, the inventory targets, and the sourcing.

Transformation

You support the group strategic S&OP Rx project aiming at upgrading the forecasting process and tool to get a valorized forecast per customer accounts defined and process type (Rx, E&M), and support the collaborative process implementation with finance
You support the GV integration both in terms of to-be process definition and in terms of forecast for flows opened with Business Units
As a member of the EMEA Rx Supply Chain management team, you take part in the improvement of the transversal key objectives of the department, and you contribute to the development of the supply chain community


You have a solid background in Supply Chain with ideally 10 years+ of experience and 5 years in the domain of the Demand Management.

You have demonstrated real business acumen and you are strongly customer oriented. You have good interpersonal skills and can adapt easily to changing and complex environments.

You have a real leadership, autonomy in decision-making and seek for continuous team collaboration and development of the EMEA demand community.

A High level in English is required
