COM-17 Process improve r
(f/m) to join our
Aviation Safety & Quality Directorate (EQ) based in
Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team in charge of the
COM-17 process " _To manage nonconformity _
" .

As part of the EQ COM-17 coordination team, you will be involved in PMO missions aiming at coordinating and monitoring the activities needed to specify, deploy, assess and transform the COM-17 process within Airbus Helicopter entities.

Your challenges:


  • Process specification & documentation
  • Process architecture: Support process teams to design/maintain process architecture in consistency with CES and Airbus information system evolution (e.g DDMS/ERP)
  • Elaborate, improve, simplify and correct process and its documentation keeping consistency with Domain ambition (maturity target in particular)
  • Manage and coordinate documentation transfer from BMSD towards myCES
  • Coordinate compliance verification of COM17 with compliance managers
  • Process performance & adherence
  • Deploy Process confirmation to demonstrate process adherence at the targeted level
  • Define Process Confirmation questionnaires
  • Schedule process confirmation go gembas with COM17 network focal point and Operational Quality teams
  • Monitor findings correction in order to ensure good adherence (including audits CARs)
  • Contribute to COM17 external audit preparation (external audits from Authorities or certification bodies and internal audits)
  • Specify COM17 KPIs
  • Process deployment & governance
  • Identify, define, organize and animate relevant trainings & awareness contents on COM17 process and documents
  • Coordinate & Support COM17 deployment within the subsidiaries / Customer Centres (process and tool ) through process presentation, gap analysis support, dedicated awareness & trainings organization.
  • Support the Process Owner in the process governance & management routines (PPIBs, process review, PMT meetings, etc.)
  • Communicate process evolution and remind golden rules (through Flash info widely shared, information in COM17 GSite,)
  • Process Continuous Improvement
  • Manage and contribute to improvement projects or initiatives and organize or facilitate relevant workshops
  • Share best practices with other CES Improvers
  • Animate CFLs with main COM17 customers

Your profile:


  • Engineering diploma (mechanics & aeronautics)
  • Project management (PMO)
  • Knowledge of nonconformity management method
  • English fluent (written, spoken)
  • Use of IT system (myCES, google suite, Microsoft office suite, NCM, Skywise/Qualitics, DEMAT)
  • Basic knowledge in EASA Part regulations and EN9100
  • Good ability to manage relationship with other functions, and manage transverse activities
  • Experience in Aeronautical Industry (3 years mini) within an international context
  • Rigorous, methodic, persevering
