    Position Title: FR-General Manager

    Reports to: Founder & CEO

    Location: Paris

    Leon Cycle introduction:

    Leon Cycle started in Germany in 2014 and has steadily expanded its global presence since then to Spain, USA, Australia, Italy, France and Canada. Our mission is to design, manufacture and sell e-bikes through various distribution channels (e-commerce, and dealers). Our most popular own e-bike brand is called NCM and offers a large selection of electric bikes, from mountain bikes to urban bikes to foldable electric bikes.

    Responsibilities:

    We are looking for a General Manager for Leon Cycle France. You have full responsibility for P&L for France and will not only oversee the B2C and B2B business, but also the warehouse and logistics, personnel and operations management. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

    · Recruiting and managing sales managers for each city and business

    · Management of the French office operations in Paris

    · Responsibility for overall profit and loss in France

    · Decision maker and leader in solving operational problems (supply chain, logistics, delivery, customer service, sales)

    Preferred Experience:

    · Over 10 years of experience in senior management in B2C and B2B companies, ideally in the management of large accounts and online retail stores

    · Experience in managing sales, customer service, logistics, warehouse, technicians / mechanics

    · Fluency in English and French.

    · Experience and proven track record in building and growing businesses; own entrepreneurship is highly valued

    · Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, high confidence level and unafraid to make firm actions and decisions

    · You enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment

    · Capable to inspire and influence managers and direct employees in order to create a good and efficient working atmosphere that converts in to an increase in productivity and revenues.
