COMPANY

For a listed company, a pure-player in the B2B2C financial services sector.

MAIN MISSIONS

Manage the process, calendar and priorities related to financial and corporate

communications, in partnership with investor relations and M&A.

Identify and define the key messages in line with the group's strategy.

Contribute to the production of communication materials on the company strategy

and financial performance: URD, annual reports, press releases, presentations, etc.

Lead external events organization around strategic and financial topics (shareholders

meeting, capital markets day)

Contribute to the implementation of the Media Relations roadmap, including

establishing ongoing relations with key journalists and positioning the company in

major media outlets.

Ongoing analysis of industry trends and benchmark of other key players in the industry

Lead the implementation of crisis communications activities.

QUALIFICATION

7+ years communications experience, at least 5 years focused on financial

communications.

Significant experience in corporate communications for large multinationals and listed

companies

Bilingual English and French

Exceptional written and oral communications skills

Ability to work with C suite executives.
