The Systems Engineering Organization is a customer facing team which is responsible for owning the customer experience for all Enablement technology surrounding i.

MX solutions for NXP.

The role of Software Systems Engineer entails interacting on a day-to-day basis with customers to provide technical solutions which allow them to experience the full benefits of NXP products in their unique environment.

Systems Engineer is the 1st customer of a software release, providing feedback on Ease of Use and Out of the Box Experience.

Your responsibilities

Key point of contact for technical support issues for FAEs working on projects with key customers.
Supporting customers with software and hardware issues,
Interactions with Design, Validation, Verifaction, Architecture, R&D teams
Achieve design wins at key accounts by working with sales team.
Create demonstration and prototypes leveraging hardware and software integration,

- making technical presentation which showcase platform and technology features.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have:

University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Science.
Programming embedded systems in C/C++.
Experience in working with Linux and/or Android in an embedded environment.
Ability of quickly learning and grasping new technologies
Strong analytical/problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The following qualifications / skills are an advantage:

Knowledge of development tools: Git, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, BitBucket).
Experience with high level programming and scripting languages such as Java or Python.
Agility and flexibility with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people.
