- The IS Business Analysts act as the link between the Business and the IS Developers. They are experts of a specific Business Domain and a set of applications. They support and guide the Business in the deployment; they also assist in the support of the tools.
- This job offer is to be the referent for our R&D Electronic Notebook (IDBS) platforms and R&D applications.
- This role reports to the QA, QC & R&D IS Lead.
- Support the Business in describing their functional needs (URS)
- Be responsible of the functional specifications (FRS)
- Sign-off technical documents completion, approve data model
- In close relationship with the business, execute the verification testing and support UAT/Validation testing.
- Support the deployment / release of the solution.
- Communicate about the evolutions all stakeholders.
- Define support strategy and organization for new applications. Assist Service Manager to handle complex incidents and find solutions.
- Get involved in change requests.
- Perform strategic watching: Explore latest technologies to propose new solutions; Be available in case of business solicitation for exploratory initiatives (consulting).
- Master level degree in computer sciences or quality related
- 5 years of health industry experience or equivalent experience in related industry.
- Experience in a regulated industry would be a plus.
- Demonstrated focus on meeting business partner expectations and a customer service mindset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
- Experience in working internationally across different cultures

The IS Product organization design, implement and operates a state of the art applications serving over 12,000 employees, in over 100 locations across 40 countries. We accompany our internal customers in their digital transformation journey, support them in the needs definition, guide them in the solution selection and manage the implementation and deployment of the applications.
