    Scope of Activities

    To carry out some or all of the following activities:

    Lead HSE projects:

  • Manage the project team
  • Define dashboards, input data and generate risk identification reports
  • Provide communication on project progress
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers and partners)
  • Contribute to design studies and optimize technical solutions
  • Prepare contract bid invitations and analyze bids received
  • Contribute to end-of-project reviews and feedback, and take care of communication, deployment and reporting

    • Adapt the HSE strategy to specific contexts and manage change:

  • Monitor regulatory, scientific and standards trends in your areas of expertise
  • Design and write the Group HSE standards, tools and methodologies and ensure their dissemination, implementation and integration into business processes
  • Diagnose or provide the necessary technical support in your areas of expertise, with particular emphasis on problem solving
  • Generate regulatory reports for Group companies
  • Integrate (or advise on integration of) HSE issues into Group developments, strategic priorities and capital expenditure studies (resources/processes)
  • Ensure the existence of, or advise on, accident prevention measures and the associated emergency procedures in your areas of expertise
  • Promote HSE and the associated mindsets through internal communication (Monitoring, Good Practices, Standards, Feedback, etc.)

    • Integrate the HSE domain into the management system:

  • Work with internal/external auditors to integrate, monitor and update HSE tools within the Integrated Management System and Operational HSE performance monitoring program
  • Conduct audits
  • Implement tender invitations and monitor outcomes

    • The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training

    Bac Pro qualification or equivalent professional experience
