Talent Centre of Excellence LDC's Talent Centre of Excellence is undergoing a transformational process, embarking on an exciting journey towards building a Talent and Learning ecosystem that will further support and enable our people development and LDC's business results.

The Talent CoE is spearheading a series of strategic intitiaves which will evolve the Learning and Talent landscape of our organization; aiming high towards the creation of a company wide Learning culture to reinforce and support existing and future key Business and HR priorities.

This is a managerial role within LDC's Talent CoE with increased responsibilities and opportunities to contribute and advance the Learning activities agenda.

You will be reporting to the Global Head of Talent, and will collaborate with an extended group of Learning, Talent and HR Professionals and the Business.

This position could be based from either Rotterdam, Geneva, Madrid, Lyon, London, Singapore, Wilton & Memphis.

    Responsibilities:


Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.


  • Develop, contribute and drive the Global Learning Strategy while leading strategic priorities
  • Lead the Learning team and manage overall operations and complexity
  • Develop, drive and oversee our Learning Ecosystem as part of the broader Talent Ecosystem
  • Establish, drive and sustain a Learning, customercentric service delivery model
  • Establish, drive and sustain an effective and efficient financial model for the Learning budget.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of Learning activities within the broader Talent Strategy.
  • Closely collaborate with Regional Talent colleagues on all Learning related activities
  • Lead the Global Learning Council; evolve, drive and sustain communities of Learning experts.
  • Oversee the departmental performance, ensure projects oversight and delivery, drive the establishment, effectiveness and efficiency of concrete internal processes.
  • Lead the LDC Trading Academy
  • Be a Learning thought leader and provide senior Learning advisory services to the business


  • Experiences

  • Expected to have 12+ years of professional experience in Learning, L&D or Talent Development, ideally within a multinational company environment.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in similar senior position with people management responsibilities
  • Experience in navigating international teams in complex organisations. Experience working in multiple industries an additional plus
  • Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs, designing and rolling out programs addressing the needs
  • Depth of experience establishing processes, setting process, workflows, tracers and leveraging best practices and project management tools
  • A focused driver with a solution orientated approach and ability to deliver business centric outcomes
  • Passionate about people development, strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence & persuade
  • Excellent team building skills and orientation for developing high quality talent within the organization

  • MS Office proficient
  • HRIS, LMS Knowledge
  • Content Design and instructional Design knowledge an additional plus
  • High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
  • Facilitation, training experience and additional plus
  • Experience in an International matrix organizations
