Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité
Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations.

Les attentes des payeurs, les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement, dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation.

L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-1- exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé:

  • d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE,
- de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée.

Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

Air Liquide Home Healthcare business is engaged in a profound business transformation enabled by Digital, known as "Value-Based Healthcare" (VBHC) with the objective to provide optimized and individualized care to our 2M+ patients.


Healthcare Digital & IT (HC D&IT) organization (hosted in the legal unit "ALHIST") was set-up on January 1st, 2021 to support this strategy.

HC D&IT develops and distributes a suite of digital solutions known as

TechCARE, based on a Core Process Model, that enables VBHC transformation worldwide.

TechCARE solutions are based on state-of-the art technologies such as Salesforce and Microsoft D365 ERP, as well as AWS Cloud technology.

Within the HC Digital & IT Teams, your main missions will be to:

  • Develop & roll-out a Strong Project Methodology
  • Develop and Formalize HC D&IT Project Methodology, in collaboration with Software Domains Managers, IT Operations Manager, Governance Manager, DevOps/QA Manager, and Finance, leveraging market best practices of IT Projects and adapted to an environment where software are being permanently built & evolved as Products.
  • This methodology will differ for:
  • Large projects (core solution roll-out, ad-hoc projects )
  • Smaller projects ("demands") requested by countries
  • Develop training material for this methodology, and ensure that all relevant HC D&IT and Business actors are trained on this methodology
  • Staff Project key positions and manage Capacity to execute
  • Ensures key positions for projects to come are nominatively staffed if this is not the case, alert & propose alternatives (hiring, subcontract)
  • Together with Software Domain Managers, Maintain a capacity plan to ensure the workload is manageable by HC D&IT teams if this is not the case, propose alternatives (hiring more capacity, postponing some projects;..)
  • Maintains a clear referential of HC D&IT ongoing & planned projects if required identify and source a tool to manage this portfolio of projects
  • Control Project Delivery Excellence
  • Jointly with HC D&IT CFO, lead monthly reviews with each project manager to look at the project progress and reestimate the ETC (estimate to completion).
  • Alerts & escalates on projects with risks of overrun / shift and builds remediation action plan with Project Managers
  • Controls the invoicing to HHC affiliates of project costs: with the support of project managers he/she ensures invoices are consistent with actual project progress (no major mistake in time sheets) and in a situation of potential overrun, alerts the HHC affiliates and formalizes the decision (continue the project and overrun, review scope...)
**Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?

  • Over 10 years of experience in delivering/ managing IT projects of several nature (ERP, CRM, Custom Software ) with a consulting company or a dedicated project delivery team.
  • Integration mindset and approach to ensure product dependencies and integration points are understood and delivered across product lines
  • Structured
  • Handson, pragmatic
  • Collaborative, atease in a "lead by influence" context
  • Ability to lead through influence without direct authority
  • Fluent English
