- Rédaction et validation des contrats commerciaux (contrats de licence et maintenance / contrats SaaS, contrats de prestations de service, accords de confidentialité, accords de traitement des données personnelles, support aux achats)
- Support aux négociations contractuelles et à la coordination des équipes internes
- Veille juridique et réglementaire : suivi de la jurisprudence, des évolutions législatives et réglementations françaises et européennes (RGPD, droit de la concurrence, etc.)
- Gérer le processus contractuel et mise à jour de la documentation juridique
- Support dans la gestion des dossiers pré-contentieux et les démarches de conformité
- Master en droit (Master 1 ou Master 2) obtenu dans une université française, idéalement complété par le statut d'élève-avocat.
- Intérêt marqué pour le droit des technologies de l'information, le droit des contrats commerciaux et la protection des données personnelles.
- Français : langue maternelle.
- Anglais : niveau professionnel à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en analyse juridique, notamment en droit français des contrats.
- Aisance dans l'interprétation des cadres juridiques français et européens.
- Très bonnes capacités de communication, de coordination et d'organisation en français et en anglais.

Nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire Juriste pour rejoindre notre équipe juridique française au sein d'un environnement innovant, tourné vers les solutions logicielles et SaaS. Aux côtés d'un juriste interne expérimenté, vous interviendrez sur un large éventail de sujets juridiques, tant en français qu'en anglais. Ce stage est une opportunité idéale pour développer vos compétences en droit des contrats, conformité et gestion des risques au sein d'un groupe international en pleine croissance.
