OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Alstom IS&T is ensuring for the Alstom businesses the build and support of a large portfolio of global business solutions in several functional areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of Consolidation & Reporting Solutions he/she will:

Be the Single Point Of Contact on Consolidation & Reporting service continuity

Perform RCA for any incidents, be proactive by proposing a remediation plan and coordinate the incident resolution

Ensure level 2 support and coordinate with level 3 or level 4 support activities for Consolidation & Reporting tool.
Coordinate IS&T teams, Partners and Finance teams for Incident and Change management
Organize with Finance stakeholders weekly operational review meetings
Support Finance lead Architect for any Technical purposes (audit, security debt, vulnerabilities )
Manage relationship with partners, editors and ensuring level of support from them
Manage conflicts and be the escalation point of contact for Reporting center team and Finance Application Business Process Owners

Reporting center team and Finance Application Business Process Owners are managing Key users/Users community among of Consolidation and Reporting process if any incident or request.

Manage prestudies, contribute to highlevel design and support IS&T projects execution

Identify and propose Continuous Improvement initiatives with support of IS&T Teams or/and by analyzing Consolidation market technologies applicable to Alstom environment

Control permanently Finance team satisfaction level

Very good communication, transparency, collaboration and consolidation technical skills are mandatory.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

Be fluent in English
Have experience in defining and delivery of services
Have a technical background and be willing to learn and investigate new technologies.
Able to demonstrate the ability to use this technical knowledge in collaboration with other departments
Able to drive change through innovation and process improvement
Have a strong sense of customer service and satisfaction
Be able to demonstrate a solid financial understanding
An entrepreneurial mind set willing to think out of the box and be pragmatic.
Be transparent and have clear communication.
Take the lead and be autonomous
Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to drive change through process improvement
Experience be a collaborative team member.
Be analytical and be willing to question the status quo.
