    Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans l'ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu'à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l'international.

    MISSIONS

    Team coordination and management

    Organize the work and the team(s): allocate the work and adapt the staffing to needs
    Draw up the planning and manage unforeseen events in line with production needs

    Organization and monitoring of activity

    Communicate Management's objectives and ensure they are attained
    Become familiar with the technical information in relation to the business projects (specifications, drawings, etc.)
    Draw up a production plan
    Check production by setting up possible corrective actions
    Improve the production management within your scope
    Manage the budgets for your scope
    Manage the supply of raw materials
    Ensure the monitoring of maintenance work

    Quality, safety and the environment

    Ensure that the entity's quality system is properly applied and its documentation system properly managed.
    Make sure that regulatory checks of installations and equipment are carried out

    Communication

    Transmit instructions and make sure they are understood
    Monitor and report on activity indicators and dashboards.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Significant experience in Production within the industrial sector

    JOB ENVIRONMENT

    Reporting line: Section head / mix plant manager

    Internal relations: Section Head / Mix Plant Manager, Production Operations Manager, Equipment Manager, Logistics Manager, Safety Manager, Engineering Office, etc., Support and Logistics Departments

    External relations: suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, etc.

    CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

    Diplôme : Diplômé(e) du titre d'Ingénieur(BAC +5)avec idéalement une spécialisation en génie civil

    Expérience : Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significativeenconduite de travaux (minimum 8ans), idéalement sur des chantiers de Génie Civil / Bâtiments Industriels. La bonne connaissance du secteur Sud de la France (Nice - Monaco) est un atout.

    Compétences :

  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques de base (Word, Excel, ...) et êtes aguerri à la rédaction de documents (d'intervention...)
  • Vous possédez un bon relationnel et des qualités de gestionnaire.
  • Vous savez manager une équipe
  • Réactivité, rigueur et sens de l'organisation sont vos principaux atouts
