Join Sephora's Global Team as the Senior Manager of the Digital Workplace, a role vital to shaping and enhancing the digital environment for all our employees across the globe.

Report directly to Sephora's Global CTO and steer the coordination of three regional teams and their vendors, ensuring consistent service delivery across the globe.

Be the bridge, liaising seamlessly with HR, Digital, and Internal Communications, as well as those passionate about enhancing communication and efficiency through the platform you oversee.

A primary focus of your tenure will be the implementation of our Global M365 Platform.

This transformative platform is set to roll out across all Sephora regions - spanning the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, China, South-East Asia, and the Pacific.

Your stewardship will ensure the smooth adoption of this platform, enhancing our global operations and ultimately bringing to life a Digital Workplace experience that truly distinguishes Sephora.

In this context, we are looking for a seasoned professional to build the practice, develop the platform ecosystem, and, more precisely:

Lead the community of 10 Digital Workplace professionals across Sephora Worldwide_

  • _
Be the principal owner and administrator of Workplace Systems_

  • _
Lead implementations, migrations, and rollouts of Global Collaboration Systems_

Participate in the LVMH Group Digital Workplace community_

Lead the Rollout and drive the adoption of the M365 platform across Sephora in 2024_

Manage and administrate the Global Employee SSO (OKTA), the Global M365 Platform, including Teams Telephony (Governance, Innovation, Integration, Administration Level 3)_

Collaborate with Regional teams in charge of Productivity Tools, Workstation, and Communication Systems Standards_

  • _
Build the appropriate admin & support Service organization to be able to manage the services effectively across a distributed international team_

  • _
Implement the Global platform Governance mechanisms with Sephora Regional teams for a growing Digital Workplace Portfolio_

  • _
Coordinate with our colleagues from Global and Regional to incrementally improve and innovate with the appropriate design & planning processes (ie Workplace, Security, Network, Service Management, Digital, Data, HR, Communication)_

Define and Implement Standards & Policies_

  • _
Implement Cybersecurity recommendations from Global and Regional _Chief Information Security Officers_

  • _
Implement Data and Document Protection measures recommended by Global and Regional _Data Protection Officers_

Manage Budget, licensing, and recharge processes with Sephora Regions and LVMH Group_

  • _
Be responsible for contractual revisions, renegotiation, and RFPs for related 3rd party services_

Establish and manage the relationship with vendors and external suppliers and ensure the Quality of their services_

Lead Worldwide Harmonization of Workstations and other end-user devices Master and Device Management (asset management, patch, vulnerability management, security tools, etc.)_

Lead Worldwide Harmonization of Collaboration tools through migration from alternate tools into M365 (eg. Google Drive, Dropbox, Box). This will take skills in negotiation and change management_

Governance of individual and team productivity tools and processes, including new Generation of tools leveraging AI, low-code/no-code (citizen developer) education_

High contribution to Green IT (Global Device Monitoring and Power management optimization)_

Lead the rollout of devices and collaboration capabilities to retail employees_

You are a graduate Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent_
