    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Hospitality to lead our hospitality acquisition efforts and drive growth in the Netherlands market. The primary responsibility of this role is to source and sign new hospitality businesses onto our digital eCommerce marketplace, while also upselling our Point-of-Sale (POS) solution. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating sales manuals and protocols to streamline the sales process and ensure consistency across the team.

    What we're looking for:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

    · Proven experience in hospitality sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the eCommerce or technology sector.

    · Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including restaurant, hotel, and catering segments, as well as digital marketing strategies.

    · Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

    · Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    · Experience in developing sales materials, such as sales manuals, presentations, and proposals.

    · Strong analytical skills

    · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and adapt to changing priorities.
