Airbus Helicopters recherche un responsable
« Procurement Operations Program (POP) » (f/h) **pour rejoindre l'équipe EDSV, en charge des Opérations Achats pour les Equipements avioniques et Systèmes électriques.

Le poste est basé à Marignane, France.


Vous représenterez l'équipe (constitués d'approvisionneurs et de responsables Qualité de la Supply Chain) auprès des entités Produits (lignes d'assemblage, centres d'Excellence, support au client...)


et des différents Programmes d'Airbus Helicopters pour tout ce qui relève de la performance opérationnelle des fournisseurs gérés par l'équipe :

du simple partage d'informations sur des délais de livraison et la résolution de problématiques Qualité à la collaboration sur des risques, des changements de produits à venir ou des études plus spécifiques aux Produits/Programmes dont vous aurez la charge.

Les principales missions de l'équipe EDSV sont:
Nous sommes une équipe transnationale (France, Allemagne).

Nos produits sont servis à toutes les lignes de production d'Airbus Helicopters (militaires et civiles, lignes d'assemblage final, centre d'assemblage de composants et centres d'Excellence) et aux entités Support Client.


Le responsable « Procurement Operations Program (POP) » est le point focal et le premier niveau d'escalade pour nos clients internes pour tous les sujets critiques liés aux pièces du périmètre de nos fournisseurs.

Il est rattaché hiérarchiquement au responsable de l'équipe EDSV.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a
?Procurement Operations Program (POP) manager? (f/m) to join the EDSV team, in charge of Procurement Operations for Avionics Equipment and Electrical Systems.

The position is based in Marignane, France.


You will represent the team (made of Supply Officers and Supply Chain Quality Managers) in front of Product entities (final assembly lines, centers of excellence, customer support centers, etc.) and the various Airbus Helicopters Programs to everything relating to the operational performance of suppliers managed by the team : from simple sharing of information on delivery lead times and the resolution of Quality issues to collaboration on risks, future product changes or more studies specific to the Products/Programs for which you will be responsible.


Detailed description of the team's and position's missions

The main missions of the EDSV team are:

  • provide parts on time and at the right level of Quality to our internal customers (final assembly lines, centers of excellence, customer support, etc.), in the most efficient way possible and in a collaborative multifunctional team approach, including our external suppliers and our key internal partners (strategic procurement, engineering, customer support, etc?);
- manage improvement of the operational performance of suppliers within our scope;
- monitor our supplier portfolio in accordance with the requirements of Airbus Helicopters and external authorities ;
We are a transnational team (France, Germany).

Our products are served to all Airbus Helicopters production lines (military and civil, final assembly lines, component assembly centers and Centers of Excellence) and to Customer Support entities.


The Procurement Operations Program (POP) Manager is the focal point and first level of escalation for our internal customers for all critical topics related to parts within our suppliers' scope.

He reports hierarchically to the Head Of the EDSV team.


The main missions of the POP manager are:

  • anticipate and manage team related critical issues with regard to the internal customers for whom he/she will be responsible;
- analyze the demand/needs of our internal customers and identify possible associated hedging risks, based on delivery forecasts from our suppliers and our stocks, then manage the associated actions plan;
- participate to key meetings with our internal customers (review of missing parts and coverage defects, risks review, performance review, review of product changes, production planning meetings, etc.);
- promote communication and collaboration between internal customers and the team's operational staff (Supply Officers, Supply Chain Quality Managers);
- support, or even lead, technical and/or data analysis to better understand the typology and root causes of missing parts and supply problems;
- propose and/or implement corrective/preventive actions to strengthen the reliability of supplier commitments in collaboration with rest of the team (SO and SCQM);
- support management of claims and penalties processes toward our suppliers;
