Within the Global Marketing department, you will report to the Vice President Global Marketing & Sales Operations.

Your main mission is to ensure the logistics and administrative tasks necessary for the proper conduct of technical training and events that we provide to our employees and our external partners (physicians).

To do so you will interface with different departments and team members including Country Marketing & Sales, Communication, Education, and external providers.


YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

Logistics and administration for biomedical trainings and events:
Once the schedule of events has been communicated by the training team, you will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Contact the speakers who will be present in remote or in person
  • Booking rooms, hotels, lunching catering, breakfast for participants,
  • Welcome participants, manage the meeting rooms,
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing for lunch, hotel, flight etc.
  • Manage speaker's contract
  • Manage satisfaction surveyetc

Example of events:
Training for newcomers and internal employee on the functioning of cardiac rhythms and our products


Lyric Bordeaux:
training for physicians. Work meeting on new products


Administrative support for the Global Marketing team:

  • Shipments Management,
  • Ordering of office supplies,
  • Realization and followup of purchase requests in the dedicated software for the whole team

Referent on compliance issues and anti-gift law for the Global Marketing Team:

  • Keep you up to date with the evolution of the law.

YOUR PROFIL

  • You are preparing your last year of training as an executive assistant, or any other field, and you are looking for an apprenticeship that can be transformed into a permanent contract afterwards.
  • You master French and you have an advanced level of English. This point is mandatory to succeed in this position.
  • You are eager to learn and have good organizational and anticipation skills
  • You like to be in contact with many people, you have good communication skills
  • You are curious, energetic and know how to find solutions by yourself in case of problem
