    We currently offer the following position in a full remote mode in France or in another location close to a major European airport.

    Manager for Marketing Operations EMEA (d/f/m)You will join the Europe Middle East and Africa Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing to drive the execution of activities like events through off-line channels as well as virtual events and drives the implementation of transversal processes for the whole EMEA marketing organization with a continuous improvement mindset.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES1.Drive Operational Excellence within the EMEA marketing organization through the implementation of processes and through continuous improvementOwn the Lead qualification process constantly look for improvement opportunities in the process to improve effectiveness, cost, time to process and the user experienceEstablish, implement, monitor and course-correct transversal processes within the marketing organization such as campaign management, event organization, lead qualification, purchasing processes, etc.

    leveraging DBSPlay crucial role in CRM data integrity and drive initiatives to improve data qualityDeploy the training agenda for the marketing team2.Enable and support Transformative MarketingLead execution of events (off-line/virtual) such as tradeshows, congresses, workshops and of other off-line activities such as development of brochures and leaflets in line with marketing campaigns designed by Marketing managersSupport the Marketing spend forecasting process3.Manage the Events Specialist and Lead Management specialists nurturing a team environment for cross pollination of ideas and sharing of best practices and processes to maximum return on investment on marketing budget, actively developing and mentoring team members for future career development and personal growth.

    YOUR PROFILE 10+ years incl.

    a minimum of 5-6 years of marketing experience, in a commercial setting with a major life science or industrial sector scientific instrumentation manufacturer/providerKnowledge and experience in Transformative MarketingExpertise in Marketing Communications (Online/Offline Event organization, Direct Marketing)Experience in team leading and people management in an international contextExperienced in CRM systems (e.g.

    SFDC), Marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Marketo), MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluency in English essential, written and spoken. Further European language or desirableAt Leica Microsystems we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
