Cover Letter:
To understand your motivation better, please write in max 300 words a cover letter by answering to the following questions:

What do you expect from this internship?
What is your experience and how the internship can help you in accelerating your career?

We are looking for an intern to support Customer Success and Marketing departments for 4 months in Paris.

Key activities / responsibilities during the internship:

Conduct customer research to determine customer interest:
Level of interest
Topics of interest
Value they are seeking
Pain points to solve
With whom they'd like to connect
How they would like to connect (channels / frequency)
Benchmark / Research what exists in the market.
If sufficient interest exists, develop recommendations and construct for a pilot including:
Articulation of the value proposition
Most appropriate segmentation model (sector / maturity / geography)
Outline of how it would run (based on customer interest)

Qualifications:

Key skills required:

Project management and excellent organization skills;
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English plus other languages are a bonus;
Relationship management skills and strong presentation skills to be able to interact with customers;
An intern with a Business profile, with a specialization in Marketing will be perfect for this role.
