- Creating new contents in e-learning format by collaborating in project-mode with international teams. They will also oversee all aspects of content writing to support the Department in its communication actions.

Training Content Manager - Paris, France - SCOR
Description
The Training Content Manager at SCOR supports the business development teams from both L&H and P&C to manage all their content provided to clients within the 360 Learning system.
The first part of the work includes migrating former content into the new system (written, presentations or videos). In the short term, the Training content Manager will also help the business development create new contents in e-learning format.
They will also provide support to local business development teams and global marketing teams in onboarding their members in the new platform, understanding how to use the platform and provide any help or guidance needed when creating or managing content.
In addition to this role, the Training Content Manager can also support the Knowledge Operations Department for any writing content: governance documents, internal training support, user guides, meeting report, emailing to the various markets involved, communication campaigns, ...
