The Role:


M&G Real Estate are looking for a Personal Assistant to work with the Business Operations manager and Head of Asset Management & Investment Europe on operational activities and strategic goals.

You will also be supporting the day-to-day activities of the European platform and carrying out a range of administrative and business support tasks.


Key Responsibilities for this role:


  • Assisting on preparing presentations for internal boards, Asset management committee and fund reporting
  • Work in collaboration with the different real estate support teams based in the UK and other offices in Europe
  • Assisting in data collection
  • Enforcing office protocols and procedures, in collaboration with the different support teams, and promoting their implementation across the business
  • Assist with circulating communications to the European teams on behalf of the Operations team
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Making travel arrangements for executives
  • Organising filing systems and update office databases
  • Processing invoices, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Languages: Fluent French / English.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Friendly and personable attitude and able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise demanding workloads and to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Knowledge of or a willingness to learn the Real Estate business processes and systems

  • Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines and precedent
  • Runs the organisation's processes and systems following predefined procedures
