We are looking for a
Channel Partner Manager to develop our Partnerships team. We propose a solution that supports new organizational and governance models.

Gone is the obsolete hierarchical pyramid, Holaspirit allows to describe the organization in a form of roles and circles aligned with the company's purpose.


Channel Partner Manager accountalibilities include:


  • Identify and onboard new channel partners
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, support them improving their sales and revenue according to our development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to align sales and channel efforts ; develop comarketing initiatives such as local events
  • Monitor industry trends and stay uptodate on competitors and market conditions
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
  • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
SaaS world or in an international environment) with a Master / MBA degree in marketing or sales
