    Job Title: Head of Sales France - Aesthetics

    Location: Paris La Défense (hydrid)

    Job Description:

    • Lead local commercial programs designed by Marketing, in collaboration with Sales, to achieve business objectives.
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, driving individual and team success through strong coaching.
    • Contribute to the local affiliate's overall performance and serve on the Leadership Team.
    • Report directly to the Country General Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee customer-centric commercial programs to meet and exceed country P&L targets.
    • Coordinate sales team efforts based on segmentation, key-account planning, and commercial policies.
    • Evaluate and manage field force activities, ensuring clear communication and coaching.
    • Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Develop commercial activities and partnerships, contributing to the local Integrated Dermatology Strategy.
    • Strengthen customer relationships, driving market insights and opportunities.
    • Participate actively in the local Leadership Team's planning and execution.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
    • Strong sales background with team management responsibilities.
    • Extensive experience in Aesthetics, understanding local industry trends.
    • Prior work experience in aesthetics or medical devices.
    • Effective influencing and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
