As a Area Hospitality Manager at Les Bateaux Belmond, A Belmond boat, you are organizing and overseeing the daily operations of our boats located in the South of France.

In this role, you're a proud custodian of the infrastructure and equipment that enables our team to deliver a luxury experience and provide optimal service.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Organizing and overseeing all activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience
Visiting the boats weekly to maintain highquality standards throughout your area.
Guide and support our team, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality

This position needs to work during weekends.

Requirements:

What You Bring:

Excellent customer service skills; ability to greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide assistance in a courteous and efficient manner
An eye for detail to ensure the boats are properly cleaned, supplies are replenished, and any maintenance issues are reported
Hospitality experience mandatory, preferably in a luxury environment.
Fluency in English and in French, both written and verbal, is essential.
