Nous sommes en recherche d'un Expert Pharmasuite

Localisation: Orléans

CDI: 70/90k

Missions:

- Provide Level 1, 2 & 3 applications support for Pharmasuite (Serialization Module) and Tracelink
- Manage helpdesk tickets in alignment with ITIL standards
- Provide an internal workaround while working on resolution
- Find root cause of critical incidents with impact on business
- Participate in the Pre-Operations verifications and commissioning phases activities
- Interacts with third-parties and teams to find solutions to issues and fix tickets
- Participate actively in the updating of application's documentation linked to support activities
- Ensure 24/5 application support coverage.

Description du profil

Technical Skills :

Pharmasuite MES (serialization), Tracelink, C#, .NET, SQL (Or similar technologies)

Education :

Bachelors in computer science or related field or equivalent experience;
Should be good in French and English languages.
