An opportunity as a
Web & Mobile Digital Factory Product Manager (f/m) within the PSL IM Integration & Digital Technologies has arisen within
Airbus Helicopters in Marignane.

Within the IM "Digital Platforms" domain, you belong to the multifunctional team of the IM ?Integration & Digital Technologies? Product Service Line (PSL).

The responsibility of the Web & Mobile Digital Factory is to
Provide the development standards, framework and contracts for our development platform

To support the internal and external development teams

Manage new demands in close collaboration with the Digital Acceleration Office

Work with our Cloud & Automation team on the evolution of the technical stack.

You are an expert of the latest Web & Mobile technologies? You know how to code in latest development frameworks & technologies? You want to become a team leader, you like to work with external companies, from big players to startups, you are motivated to drive innovation and get the best out of everyone for delivering high quality solutions to our business? What are your main tasks & accountabilities?
Lead the Web & Mobile digital multi functional team in order to manage the lifecycle of the product

Be responsible to setup, run and evolve the Web & Mobile digital factory and the contracts used

Be responsible for the demand management

Define the Airbus Helicopters Web & Mobile development standards

Work closely with local start-ups or big IT players to innovate and deliver Web & Mobile solutions

Work closely with our Cloud & Automation team to align on platform and DevOps pipeline evolutions

Work with our IM Security team to ensure the development standards and developed solutions meet security constraints and threats.

Coach & train peers

Coach and provide support to business with their own developments

Your main interfaces will be:

IM Integration & Digital Technologies Leader

Cloud & Automation Team

Digital Accelerator Office

Start-ups & IM Providers

IM Security & IM Projects Managers

Developers from Airbus Helicopters & all other Airbus divisions

You have the following skills and competencies:
Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field

Strong IT background with Java, NodeJS and Angular or React knowledge & experience

Proven experience with DevOps

Good understanding of containerization

Team spirit and good relationship

Good understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented and focus on quality

French and English at negotiation level

Following skills would be a plus:
Proven experience with DevOps

Experience with Scrum and SAFe

German

Experience with other development languages such as PHP, Python,.Net

Design & Ergonomics

Knowledge of Cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure

Experience with Mobile development
