    Description

    As a New Retail Store Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in Xiaomi's physical retail environment while developing practical skills in customer service, store operations, and product knowledge. This role is designed as a learning-oriented position, combining in-store practice with academic training, and offers exposure to the daily operations of an international consumer electronics brand in France.

    Location: Mi Store in France

    Contract type: Apprenticeship contract (Contrat d'apprentissage)

    Working time: Full-time (35 hours per week, including school training time)

    Duration: 12 months

    Start Date: As soon as possible

    Responsibilities

    As a New Retail Store Apprentice, you will be actively involved in daily store operations and front-line retail activities, including:

    • Supporting daily store operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience
    • Introducing and demonstrating Xiaomi products (smartphones, IoT devices, ecosystem products) to customers
    • Assisting sales staff with product display, replenishment, and stock organization
    • Supporting promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities
    • Collecting customer feedback and contributing to service and merchandising improvements
    • Assisting with basic sales, traffic, and inventory data tracking
    • Complying with store procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines

    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in a French higher education institution or certified training center, eligible for an apprenticeship / alternance program
    • Educational background is flexible; preferred fields include Business / Retail Management/Marketing / Customer Relations
    • Strong interest in retail, consumer electronics, and technology products
    • Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
    • Positive, reliable, and able to adapt to a fast-paced store environment (including weekends and shift work)
    • Fluent in French; working proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus
