Seeking an HR Business Partner to join the HR team based in Paris within a large global matrix financial institution.
The role will be responsible for supporting employees across continental Europe including France, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway and Austria.
Reporting into the Head of HR for Continental Europe, the role will be responsible for interpreting the business objectives into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the global HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives.
You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent management, employee relations, compensation, learning and development and leadership development.
As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:- Experience of working as an HR Business Partner, within a global matrix environment within financial services.
- Fluent in both French and English
- Experience of working with European Works Councils
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering including talent acquisition, succession planning, restructuring, supporting on annual compensation processes and external benchmarking, employee relations and case management
- Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fastpaced, complex environment
- Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
