What is a Software Solutions Engineer?
At the core, a Software Solutions Engineer is a problem solver. A solutions engineer is the jack of all trades in our team.

This position is 100% remote and requires to be in one of the following locations: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, UK

Responsibilities:

You will participate in debugging and testing the product
You will develop sample customizations of the product for customers
You will help to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions for customer issues
You will collaborate with other departments
You will be an expert in the Aras Innovator product

What Skills Do You Need?
We are looking for engineers with strong problem-solving skills, and a grounding in engineering principles. They will also need to be able to clearly and efficiently communicate statuses of work to customers. Strong time-management skills will allow you to succeed in this role.
