Charli's Crew is a healthy brunch restaurant created by a mother (Andy) and her daughter (Charli).

Andy is a registered nutritionist; she created all the recipes to meet the needs of people on different diets - or people who just want a delicious meal.

We are proud to offer healthy alternatives to foods that people know and love.

Charli's Crew works hard to provide exceptional experiences for both its customers and its employees.

We would like to welcome an assistant manager who shares our values, passions and our happy vibes.

You will work for a month as a barista/waiter while training as an assistant manager. After a month, you will become an assistant manager with a higher salary.

CDD to CDI, 40 hours per week Wednesday - Sunday.


Your missions:

Ensure adherence to brand processes and standards.

Provide good customer service.

Manage the services.

Ensure good profitability and productivity of your team.

Manage inventory, orders, losses, etc.

Manage the reception and control of orders in accordance with procedures.

Work together with the manager to solve problems.

The opening and/or closing of the restaurant (closing the till, cleaning the main room and bar, etc.)

To keep the workspaces clean and organised after each service.

Guarantee the quality of the products prepared and served.


Desired Qualities:


  • Sense of responsibility and leadership.
  • Excellent customer relation skills.
  • Good sense of communication.
  • Be organized, rigorous and methodical.
  • Have a good resistance to stress and a lot of endurance.
  • Experience in restauration, ideally the same kind of restaurant.
  • You will have to show rigor, versatility and above all good time management.
  • You like to work in a team with like minded people.
  • Fluent English is required.
